


A “Premium” installation of a Motorola V50 handsfree car phone kit into a Volvo V70 2002 model.
The Nokia handset cradle was mounted on a Dashmount console bracket. Brodit make a Proclip Centremount bracket to avoid fouling the cup holder on the left of the stereo or a Proclip console bracket that sits lower down on the left of the console and that usually clears the cup holder mechanism depending on cradle type fitted.
We used an Autoleads Cellular Telemute Interface lead part number 06-043B to route the audio through the cars own stereo system. We also had to use an adaptor lead part number 06-203B
The microphone was mounted up by the interior light and the cable was neatly routed under the headlining.
A covert Tax Disc antenna was used to avoid any complications with the side and rear airbags fitted to this vehicle.
