Premium Nokia CARK-91 car phone kit installed in a 2004 Volvo S60

This is a "Premium" Nokia CARK-91 handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2004 model Volvo S40 with an amplified Dolby stereo system.

The Nokia MCC-1 cradle was mounted on a Brodit Proclip bracket, if you site the bracket down as far as it will go it just clears the cup holder. This also allows us to make a really neat job of hiding the cable.

As this model had a Dolby amplified system (The amplifier is under the steering column) we had to use an Autoleads Cellular Telemute Interface lead part number 06-043B to route the audio through the car stereo system. The phones audio volume is controlled directly via the handset.

The Nokia HFM-8 mic was mounted up by the interior light and the cable neatly routed under the headlining.

A Panorama THDE Tax Disc type antenna was used for a more covert installation.
