This is a "Premium" Nokia CARK-91 handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2002 model Volvo S40 with a standard stereo system.
The Nokia MCC-1 cradle was mounted on a Dashmount console bracket. This also allows us to make a really neat job of hiding the cable.
As this model had a standard non Dolby system we used an Autoleads 06-073B Cellular Telemute Interface lead to route the audio through the car stereo system. The phones audio volume is controlled directly via the handset. As this model has a mute on the radio, it displays "PHONE" during a call.
The Nokia HFM-8 mic was mounted up by the interior light and the cable neatly routed under the headlining.
A DG Flexi Tax Disc type antenna was used for a more covert installation.
