A "Premium" installation of a THB Bury Classic handsfree car phone kit for the Nokia 5110 in a 2002 model Vauxhall Omega.
Notice the coiled cord from the handset cradle (indicated by lower red arrow) which is the main noticeable difference to the Genuine Nokia CARK-91 kit. The handset cradle was mounted on a Brodit Proclip Centremount bracket.
A Dashmount bracket is also available for the omega and sits to the left hand side of the stereo head unit.
We used an Autoleads cellular Telemute Interface lead to route the car phone kits audio through the stereo system. As this car had the Vauxhall phone pack spec and pre wired VDA plug behind the glove box we used the Autoleads Telemute lead and relay part number 06-102RB and a THB Bury adaptor 06-200B. Owners of 2001 model Omega’s may require an additional lead if the car is not “Phone Pack” spec to override the Traffic Master whether this is still active or not.
The microphone was mounted centrally up by the interior light and the cable was routed neatly beneath the headlining.
Also indicated (top red arrow) is a Tax disc covert antenna on the front windscreen.
