This is a "Premium" Nokia CARK-134 handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2003 model Vauxhall Astra van with a basic CAR300 stereo.
The CARK-134 cradle was mounted on a Dashmount console bracket for the best cradle position and neat hiding of the cables.
An Autoleads Cellular Telemute Interface lead the 06-053B was used to route the audio through the car stereo system . The radio was configured to switch off the stereo during a call. The phones audio volume is controlled directly via the handset .
The Nokia HFM-8 mic was mounted up by the interior light and the cable neatly routed under the headlining.
A Panorama Bodymount antenna was fitted centrally on the roof near the front of the van.
