We do appreciate that not everyone is Technically minded. We do however, provide FREE technical support on any products that we supply to customers who wish to carry out the installation themselves.
N.B. You would be expected to have some technical knowledge yourself, we will not supply a complete A-Z of how to install your car kit, but we will offer assistance where appropriate should you get stuck. Please ensure you have all your vehicle and car kit details to hand when getting in touch with us and a 12 volt automotive test lamp or multimeter available for testing and configuration purposes.
If you are in any doubt about your own ability to install any of the products available from the online shop, you should always get a professional Installation company or Auto electrician to do the job for you!
If you are not a Technically minded person we do have an Installation Service .
The Siemens C25 kit, although quite a good quality product, does not have the same robust finish to it as you may expect with a Nokia kit.
A Dashmount bracket or similar "No Holes" bracket is required for best handset cradle positioning as the mounting plate is designed to be screwed into a flat mounting surface on the cars fascia.
The kit supports ignition sensing and radio muting but requires an adapter lead the 06-206B for use with an Autoleads Cellular Telemute interface lead for putting the sound through the cars stereo system instead of fitting the speaker supplied with the kit.
There is a cable included with FME type connector for connecting to an external antenna. Antennas are available as separate items from the Shop.
