This is a brand new product range from Autoleads. How many of you have bought a Parrot bluetooth car kit, only to find that the standard ISO connector plugs on the Parrot Telemute lead included with the kit are different to the ones on your stereo?
The SOT-040 adaptor lead is designed to plug onto the end of your Parrot phone harness and turn it from ISO plugs to the French Quadlok type plugs you require as fitted to most models manufactured after 2004. There is no need to worry about connecting a mute wire as all the muting is done by the Parrot phone loom relay box but you can tap the yellow parrot mute wire onto the pink wire on the lead to acheive this (Not some Peugeot 407 models).
This adaptor lead is suitable for ALL Parrot bluetooth handsfree car phone kits!
Will suit most French cars (Citroen, Peugeot (Not JBL)) and some Fiat cars with standard (Non Amplified) Factory fitted stereos with the quadlok plug type as shown above. If the car has had an aftermarket radio such as a Sony, Kenwood or Pioneer fitted, you will not require an SOT adaptor lead.
