Premium Nokia CARK-91 installation in a 2003 model Land Rover Freelander

This is a "Premium" Nokia CARK-91 car phone kit installation in a 2003 model Land Rover Freelander with a standard stereo fitted.

The Nokia CARK-91 cradle was mounted on a Dashmount console bracket. Due to the one piece plastic nature of the dash, hiding the cradle cable is very difficult.

BMW had ownership of Land Rover at this time and the stereo can either have standard ISO connections, in which case the 06-050B Autoleads Telemute lead is applicable, or in this case, the stereo the had BMW 17 way type connector so we had to use an Autoleads 06-060B BMW type Telemute lead.

The Nokia HFM-8 mic was mounted in a central position up beside the centre light.

A Panorama Tax Disc type antenna was used for a more covert installation.
