This was a "Premium" Sony Ericsson HCB-30 Bluetooth handsfree car phone kit installation in a 2001 model Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Gold Infinity Amplified stereo system.
The HCB-30 bluetooth remote control button was mounted to the right of the stereo at the customers request. This also allowed us to hide the cable away very neatly.
The Sony Ericsson HCB-30 car phone kits audio was routed through the stereo using an Autoleads Cellular Telemute Interface lead part number 06-068B and, as this was a Sony Ericsson kit, we also had to use a 06-215B adaptor lead. We have recently discovered that it is possible to integrate with amplified Infinity sound systems on later model cars. This car had the Gold Infinity system fitted.
The microphone was mounted up beside the centre light and the cable was neatly routed beneath the headlining.
