This is an "Premium" Nokia CARK-91 handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2004 model Jaguar X-Type with a Jaguar Sat Nav radio system.
The CARK-91 cradle was mounted on a custom made colour coded leather phone pod.
We routed the audio through the cars own stereo system with the addition of an Autoleads 06-082B Jaguar Telemute interface lead. It should be noted that this lead does not allow use of the steering wheel or stereo phone buttons, this is only available on a Jaguar factory fitted car kit. Nothing is displayed on the radio during a call.
The Nokia HFM-8 Mic was mounted up by the centre light and the cable was neatly routed beneath the head lining.
A Panorama Tax Disc type antenna was used for a more covert installation.
