This is a "Premium" Nokia CK-7W Bluetooth handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2004 model Honda Accord with a Premium Sound System head unit with Sat Nav.

The Customer chose the CK-7W Bluetooth car kit instead of the CARK-91 to allow more "future proofing" if he decided to upgrade his Nokia handset for a newer model in the future. The 6310i handset was mounted in an MBC-1 holder which was Mounted on a Dashmount console bracket. The remote control button was located to the top right of the centre console trim panel.

The Premium Sound Sat Nav head unit has an amplifier behind the centre console so we had to use an 06-047B Telemute lead as well as an 06-208B adaptor to route audio through the stereo system. Nothing is displayed on the radio during a call.

The new style Nokia Mic was mounted up by the centre light and the cable was neatly routed beneath the head lining. Nokia have changed the style of the microphone from the older HFM-8 type in the latest versions of the CK-7W car kit. We personally feel the HFM-8 was a better looking mic.
