This is a "Premium" THB Bury System 8 DriveTalk handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2004 model Ford Mondeo with a Sony factory fitted head unit.
The THB Bury System 8 Nokia 6310i Take & Talk cradle was mounted on a Dashmount console bracket (N.B. this bracket does obstruct use of the cup holder but there is another one available in the centre console). Brodit also offer brackets that mount in this position.
An Autoleads Cellular Telemute Interface lead the 06-092B was used to route the audio through the car stereo system, the Sony radio displays "PHONE" during a call, as the kit was a THB Bury one we also had to use an adaptor lead the 06-200B. The phones audio volume is controlled directly via the handset.
The THB mic was mounted up by the interior light and the cable neatly routed under the headlining. A DG-542-F flexible Tax Disc type antenna was used for a more covert installation.
