This is a "Premium" Siemens M35i Comfort handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2003 model Ford Focus with a 6000CD Ford head unit.
The handset cradle was mounted on a Dashmount console bracket at the left of the stereo head unit. As the dash fascia is fairly soft on these vehicles it was possible to route the cradle wiring between the heater control fascia and the dash itself.
An Autoleads Cellular Telemute interface lead 06-074B and a adaptor 06-206B was used for putting the Siemens kit through the stereo and the display shows "PHONE" when a call is made or received as well as muting the stereo and redirecting the audio through the front two speakers.
The microphone was mounted centrally up at the interior light and the cable neatly routed beneath the headlining. A Panorama Glassmount antenna was mounted on the drivers side quarter light window although you can also use a tax disc one with no problems, it is really up to your own personal preference.
