This is a "Premium" Parrot 3200 LS colour Bluetooth handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2000 model Ford Fiesta Van with a Kenwood KDC-4021 aftermarket head unit.
This was an upgrade from a previous Nokia CK-7W car kit, at the same time we installed the new Kenwood head unit. In order to do this we had to fit a Fascia adaptor and Radio harness adaptor lead. As the Parrot 3200 LS uses standard ISO connectors, no additional adaptors were required.
The Kenwood radio displays "CALL" during a call and the phones audio volume is controlled directly via the Parrot's remote display unit.
The Parrot kits colour LCD screen was mounted on an existing Brodit Centremount bracket, the Nokia 7610 handset was mounted in a Brodit active holder on a Dashmount console bracket. The Parrot mic was mounted up by the interior light and the cable neatly routed under the headlining. We had to download a Nokia application to the handset to allow phonebook syncronisation, this is the same software as used by the Nokia 610 and 616 car kits. Fully voice activated dialling is easy with the 3200LS kit.
