Premium Nokia CK-7W car phone kit installed in a 2006 model BMW 5 series E60

This is a "Premium" Nokia CK-7W Bluetooth handsfree car phone kit installation into a 2006 model BMW E60 with a standard BMW Sat Nav head unit.

The Nokia MBC-15S cradle and AXF-15S antenna coupler were mounted on a Dashmount console bracket to the left of the stereo.

An Autoleads Cellular Telemute Interface lead the 06-976B was used to route the audio through the car stereo system (we did have to run a separate ignition supply), the BMW Sat Nav head unit does not display anything during a phone call. The CK-7W remote control button was mounted to the right of the climate control panel. The phones audio volume is controlled directly via the handset or the CK-7W remote control button.

The Nokia mic was mounted up by the interior light and the cable neatly routed under the headlining.

The "Sharks Fin" antenna on the rear centre of the roof of this vehicle was a dummy plastic one which was hollow inside, this made it possible to fit a Panorama EFDE strip type antenna inside it, Please note, we had to use an EFDE antenna with extended 5 metre cable (ask us for details) instead of the standard 3 metre one available from the online shop.
