This is what we class as a "Mid Range" installation and included the Siemens C35i professional comfort handsfree car kit, an antenna, and a Dashmount console mount bracket.
The handset cradle is mounted on a Dashmount console bracket on the left hand side of the Symphony stereo.
The microphone is located at the centre light position fixed with it's own bracket and the cable was routed neatly up behind the interior light and under the head lining.
The kits own speaker can be hidden in the small cubby hole under the headlight switch on the far right of the dash if it is an earlier Nokia or Motorola type, all others are mounted on the left hand lower side of the centre console.
It is possible to mute the stereo without using an Autolead as the head unit supports this feature on the pre 2001 model headunits, post 2001 models will require an Autoleads Telemute lead and an Adaptor if using a Siemens car kit..
A tax disc antenna makes a neater job on these small 3 door cars but it is possible to fit a standard glassmount on the O/S/R quarterlight window.
