To use this lead you will have to remove the centre armrest and cubby hole units from the centre console. Locate the 18 way yellow VDA phone harness plug (Pictured below) and plug the telemute lead into it.
The lead comes with an 06-212B electronic filter which must be connected inline on the bulleted connectors provided on the audio input wires (to avoid audio distortion).

Cellular Telemute leads are used when installing an aftermarket hands free car phone kit. Once installed the lead will mute your head unit and redirect the call through the vehicles front speakers. If using another make of handsfree car kit you will require an Adaptor Lead for converting the Autoleads Telemute lead without chopping the wires and invalidating it's warranty. The 06-126B Interface lead from Autoleads Is a Vehicle specific connector type lead that Automatically mutes the radio on a call. You will get crystal clear audio reproduction through the vehicles own front two speakers.
This lead is suitable for 12 volt negative earth systems only!
