You will have to locate the following connector behind left hand console panel on Saab 9-3 or below stereo with the heater control panel removed on the Saab 9-5 to use this lead .It can often be taped up with black fabric tape and difficult to see at first.
This New lead is basically a Modified Saab/Vauxhall 06-102B lead that also has an "Electronic Filter" included inline on the speaker output to stop it blowing the head units on the new Saab Sports saloon. In some instances the radio software may require updating at the dealers on their computer for best operation if you encounter problems with poor audio.

As you may be aware, Vauxhall own Saab and we only found out recently on new Vauxhall Vectra 'C' and Signum cars manufactured after 2002 with Bose or CD70 Sat Nav, that the audio was distorted using the standard VDA interface the 06-102B. Using the 06-109B with the "Electronic Filter" usually used on Saab cars has cured this problem. These are available as separate items from the online shop part number 06-212B and are often used on many other modern cars where an electronic filter is required on direct audio input stereo models.
