This lead will suit the following vehicles:
All of the above listings relate to the Standard factory fitted Concert, Chorus or Symphony Radio's. This lead is not suitable for aftermarket accessory stereos such as Sony, Kenwood e.t.c. You will require a radio code and special radio removal keys to remove the stereo - PC5-132 available from the online shop.
Cellular Telemute leads are used when installing an aftermarket hands free car phone kit. Once installed the lead will mute your head unit and redirect the call through the vehicles front speakers. All of the Autoleads Telemute leads are terminated with the standard Nokia 6 pin Molex power plug. If using another make of handsfree car kit you will require an Adaptor Lead for converting the Autoleads Telemute lead without chopping the wires and invalidating it's warranty. These leads supply your hands free car kit with power as well so you that you do not have to run cables directly to your cars battery.
Advantages include:
The 06-088B Cellular Interface lead from Autoleads Is a Audi Only type lead . You will get crystal clear audio reproduction through the vehicles own front two speakers .
This lead is suitable for 12 volt negative earth systems only!

This lead interfaces with the larger 20 pin plug that sits above the power and speaker ISO connectors on the radio. There is also a tap off that goes to the Power ISO block to supply the kits power, you will find on 2001 onwards cars that they do not have an ignition on the rear of the stereo and you may have to source this separately from an approved ignition pick up point such as the fusebox if using the lead with a kit that requires this such as a bluetooth car kit.
The relay module has an adjustable thumbwheel so that you can set the base volume to a desirable level, this should be tested before finally putting the radio back in. Due to the bulk of the lead it is recommended that you remove the glovebox to aid installation.
