The 06-078B Vauxhall Telemute lead is a "Full Audio Divert" type lead that routes the audio directly to the cars front speakers and not through the head unit, volume adjustment is made directly via the handset itself and not via the radio or steering wheel remotes but will work whether the stereo is on or off. This lead is already configured to use the mute on the power ISO block of most Vauxhall cars. If you find the radio does not mute as expected then you may have one of the newer models that support direct audio input and will require you to manually re-configure the pink mute wire from the head unit side of the V3 module to the thin purple wire on the 36 way ISO block (3rd wire in on top row from right as you look at the back of the radio). This lead can also be configured to switch the radio off during a call.
The difference between this lead and the earlier 06-053B lead is that the top plug now has a 20 way Mini ISO type connector rather than the earlier larger pinned 10 way ISO. 36 way type ISO plugs are typically fitted to 4 digit stereo models e.g. CDR2005.
If you have the pre wired telephone loom as fitted to a lot of Vauxhall cars you will require the 06-102B.

Cellular Telemute leads are used when installing an aftermarket hands free car phone kit. Once installed the lead will mute your head unit and redirect the call through the vehicles front speakers. If using another make of handsfree car kit you will require an Adaptor Lead for converting the Autoleads Telemute lead without chopping the wires and invalidating it's warranty. These leads supply your hands free car kit with power as well so you that you do not have to run cables directly to your cars battery.

The 06-078B Telemute lead from Autoleads Is a Vehicle specific connector type lead that can be configured to switch radio off during a call if there is no mute position. You will get crystal clear audio reproduction through the vehicles own front two speakers.
This lead is suitable for 12 volt negative earth systems only!
